I have a simple security use case: I have to retrieve X509Certificate2s from the currently inserted SmartCard for passing Client Credentials in an https Connection and digitally signing XML documents. Would NCryptoki support these use cases with the PKCS11 Providers dkck201.dll and siecap11.dll?

The answer is yes. By NCryptoki you can extract the X509Certificate from the token, with any PKCS#11 compliant module such as dkck201.dll and sieacap11.dll.
